Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat Approval to a plat of World Logistics Park Phase I, being 124.38 acres out of 683.07 acres as described in Vol. 5180, Pg. 542 of the Webb County Deed Records.  All public improvements have been completed or secured a financial guarantee in compliance with the Webb County Subdivision Regulations and are dedicated to Webb County Municipal District No.1.  (ID 13953).

Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat Approval to a plat of World Logistics Park Phase II, being 113.50 acres out of 683.07 acres as described in Vol. 5180, Pg. 542 of the Webb County Deed Records.  All public improvements have been completed in compliance with the Webb County Subdivision Regulations and are dedicated to Webb County Municipal District No.1.  (ID 13955).
 
 
The Webb County Commissioners Court hereby reserves the right to go into closed session at any time during this public meeting, if such is requested by the County Attorney or other legal counsel for the County, pursuant to his or her duty under Section 551.071(2) of the Government Code, to consult privately with his or her client on an item on the agenda, or on a matter arising out of such item.
