Let it be remembered that a regular meeting of the Webb County Commissioners Court was held at 9:00 a.m. at the regular meeting place with the following members present to wit:
Thus constituting a quorum, the Commissioners Court proceeded to act upon the Agenda as posted in the meeting notice of the 17th day of March 2025. Present also were Ms. Carmen L. Saldana, Recording Secretary representing Mrs. Margie Ramirez Ibarra, Ex-officio Clerk of the Commissioners Court, various officers and others interested in the business of the Court.

Discussion and possible action to support resolution HB 1026 for the proposed State investment and maintenance of Farm to Market Road 1021 being approximately 40-50 miles of unpaved road between Laredo and Eagle Pass and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue: Representative Eddie Morales of Maverick County is asking for Webb County Commissioners Court support to endorse a resolution for HB 1026 which seeks State investment and maintenance of FM 1021 between Laredo and Eagle Pass.
Solution: Webb County’s support will assist Rep. Morales with HB 1026 during the 89th Legislative Session.
Result: HB 1026 will authorize State funding for FM 1021 and provide for safe and efficient travel for residents, businesses, law enforcement, emergency services between Laredo and Eagle Pass and provide/improve resiliency and redundancy in the transportation network.
