Let it be remembered that a special meeting of the Webb County Commissioners Court was held at 1:00 p.m. at the regular meeting place with the following members present to wit:
Thus constituting a quorum, the Commissioners Court proceeded to act upon the Agenda as posted in the meeting notice of the 21st day of July 2026. Present also were Ms. Amber Lecea, Senior Accountant representing Mrs. Margie Ramirez Ibarra, Ex-officio Clerk of the Commissioners Court, various officers and others interested in the business of the Court.

Said proposed changes will be presented by Gallagher Benefits Services Inc. (Employee Health Benefit Consultants). Client Services Manager for Gallagher Benefits Services Inc, Ashley Gasbarre made a presentation on the proposed Employee Health Benefit plan design changes for the fiscal year 2026-2027.
