SUBJECT
RESOLUTION FORWARDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 23-09 (SALES OF BEER AND WINE FOR OFF-SITE CONSUMPTION WITHIN A SERVICE STATION ACCESSORY CONVENIENCE STORE) AT 1209 S. SUNSET AVENUE FOR CITY COUNCIL REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION
DISCUSSION
During the January 23, 2024 Planning Commission meeting, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider a request for beer and wine sales as an incidental use within an existing service station convenience store. At the meeting, the Planning Commission voted 4-0-1 to forward the item to the City Council due to an impasse (Chair Gutierrez abstained). Staff has prepared a resolution (Attachment No. 1) to formalize the Planning Commission's decision.
