| SUBJECT: | Commissioner Lewis requests that Commission discuss recommending that the City Council to take a more proactive role in the Council of Governments (COG) in regard to lobbying for changes to how funding is used for propositions passed by the voters. |
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Commission discuss advising the City Council in this matter.
