It is recommenced that the Commission vote on the presentation to continue the CIP process for approval and implementation.

At the last ADHOC CIP Sub Committee meeting on January 30, 2020, the committee members were presented designs for playground equipment replacement project for the tot lot at Shadow Oak Park, from two separate playground companies. Questions were asked of the companies presenting and after the presentations, Commissioners discussed which design they preferred and further questions were asked of staff to follow up with the presenters. Staff reached out to the presenting companies to clarify the committees question and sent a follow-up email request with the findings, updated designs and request to submit their vote on which design the committee wished to present at this Commission meeting.
