REPORING OUT
With regard to Item No. 2, John Doe v. West Covina on a motion by Councilwoman Diaz and a second by Mayor Pro Tem Cantos voted 3-0 to defend Mayor Lopez-Viado and Milan Mrakich since they were named as defendants in the John Doe case. 
 
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn the Regular Meeting was made, and the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m. The next regularly scheduled Regular Closed City Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 1444 West Garvey Avenue South, West Covina, California.
