Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP#1604-069, Health Related Benefits Broker and Consultant, to the best proposer meeting specifications, Holmes, Murphy & Associates, LLC.
Background
After in depth analysis of the four (4) proposals received, the Evaluation Committee is recommending the contract to be awarded to the highest scoring proposer, Holmes & Murphy Associates, LLC. The contract term will be from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2019 with two (2) possible twelve (12) month extension options. The contract amount will be $80,000 annually (or $6,666.67 per month).
