Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP# 1604-070, Employee Assistance Program for Williamson County to the best proposer meeting specifications, Deer Oaks EAP Services, LLC.
Background
After in depth analysis of the four (4) proposals received, the Evaluation Committee is recommending the contract to be awarded to the highest scoring proposer, Deer Oaks EAP Services, LLC. The contract term will be from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2019 with two (2) possible twelve (12) month extension options. The contract amount will be $1.85 PEPM (per employee/per month)
