Background
Under RFQ 1602-057 the Pre-qualified Geotechnical pool for engineering services, an evaluation was completed to determine the most qualified firm to perform the geotechnical services needed for the Animal Shelter Expansion Project. Balcones was determined to be the best firm to complete these services.
