Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the proposed FLSA overtime rule changes.
Background
Proposed FLSA overtime rule changes may be effective 12/1/2016. The new rules require a minimum salary for all exempt employees. A motion is currently being considered to delay the changes with a ruling on the motion expected before December 1st.
