Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the County Sheriff.

This request is to provide funding to purchase a replacement refrigerator and freezer to be utilized in the evidence section of the Sheriff's Office. Multiple types of evidence must be stored as required by each case. The current refrigerator was purchased utilizing Sheriff's forfeited funds and does not operate and it is cost prohibitive to repair. Funding is available as a result of the purchase price of the patrol vehicles being less than originally expected.
