Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on reappointing PJ Stevens, Dr. Winnann Ewing, Dr. David Ciambrone, Dan Doss, Nancy Bell, Eloise Brackenridge, Lloyd Mattingly, George Schumann, David Voelter, and Clare Easley to the Williamson County Historical Commission for a two year term from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018, in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Chapter 318.003.
Background
Appointments are requested by the Texas Historical Commission to be made in December, so the individuals are ready to serve beginning January 1. Statute requires a minimum of seven County residents and the statewide average is 19.
