Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of Williamson County’s participation in Apple, Inc. Device Enrollment Program (“DEP”) to manage and deploy county-owned Apple-brand devices. Action includes, but is not limited to, approval of Apple’s terms of use and delegation to IT Operations Director to enroll qualifying devices on-line. 

Background

 This has been reviewed and approved by legal. There are no costs to this program. The intent is to help manage the Apple devices owned by the County and help ensure the compliance with Court-approved policies.
