Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding Business Associate Agreement between Williamson County and Superior Health Plan. 

This Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is being submitted for approval as an information sharing agreement with no contractual payments involved amongst Williamson County and Superior Health Plan. The partnership between parties will allow for collaboration and access to Superior's protected health information in an effort to provide medical and mental health interventions to a select patient population with the support of Community Health Paramedicine and HealthCareLink. This BAA complies fully with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. This BAA has been reviewed and approved, as to form, by Williamson County legal.
