Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding request of Constable Precinct One for approval of Joel Fischetti to the open deputy constable position in precinct one pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code 86.011
Background
| Joel Fischetti is a current employee of Williamson County transferring to the Precinct One Constable's Office as an appointee of newly elected Constable Vincent Cherrone. Mr. Fischetti is transferring from the Precinct Four Constable's Office. This transfer was made with full cooperation between Constable Marty Ruble and Constable Vincent Cherrone. Mr. Fischetti is currently a licensed peace officer and continues to meet all qualifications required for the position of deputy. |
