Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of a donation(s) from the First Baptist Church of Georgetown for the use of a meeting room in relation to a Williamson County Road Bond public open house on February 23, 2017, 6-8 p.m., relating to State Highway 29 and D. B. Woods Road; and approval of a Facilities Application Form and Agreement pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032.
Background
The First Baptist Church of Georgetown has offered to donate the use of a meeting room on Thursday, February 23, 2017, in relation to a Williamson County Road Bond public open house relating to State Highway 29 and D. B. Woods Road; and approval of a Facilities Application Form and Agreement pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032. The donation is worth $25, the normal rental fee which they are waiving.
