Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the memorandum of understanding between the offices of the Williamson Central Appraisal District and the Tax Assessor/Collector.

Pursuant to the Tax Assessor/Collector's Continuity Plan, we have collaborated with the Central Appraisal District to use their facilities and certain equipment in the event that a catastrophe event disables the tax office.  The memorandum of understanding allows for the utilization of the facilities and certain equipment by a limited number of people from either the Williamson Central Appraisal District or the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector's office in the event either offices are not able to perform their duties and functions due to a emergency.
