Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract number IFB 1608-107 (Contractor Alpha Paving Industries, LLC), in the amount of $-3,085.50 for Cul-De-Sac Fog Seal (for Subdivision Seal Coat 2016).
Background
This change order balances the contract quantities and decreases the total contract amount by $3,085.50. With this change order, and payment of a final invoice, this project will be satisfactorily completed. Original contract amount was $244,857.00. This change order would result in a final contract amount of $241,771.50.
