Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Safenet KeySecure Statement of Work for Williamson County for installation consulting services of 12 ProtectFile licenses for a fixed price.
Background
This is a Scope of Work for disk encryption that is the detailed work description for a previously-approved purchase. The purchase of the software and services was approved by the Commissioner’s Court on 12/20/16 (item 54), but the detailed SOW was not created until after the purchase. This is simply approval of signing that SOW, and moving forward with completion of the project.
