Discuss, consider, and take any appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $31,806.00 for Forest North Phase 1, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 1.

This Change Order revises work along Broadmeade Avenue, between Sherbrooke St. and Meadowheath Drive, in the Sherbrooke Zone. The original plans called for a ditch in this location but due to the depth of the original planned ditch, creating slopes steeper than 3:1, it was replaced with an underground storm sewer system with inlets.  The pipe and inlets provide the same drainage potential with a shallower ditch and provide safer side slopes along the roadways. There are also new pay items added to the Contract to reimburse the Contractor for removal of trees larger than what was in the original contract.
