Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the request of Constable Precinct Two, for the approval of Charlotte Renee Harrell to the open deputy constable position pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code 86.011.

Ms. Harrell is a 21-year veteran of law enforcement having served as a patrol officer, narcotics officer, field training officer, deputy constable, D.E.A. Task Force Officer and criminal investigator. She is a graduate of the Central Texas Colleges' Law Enforcement Academy and possesses a Master Peace Officer's Certification from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. Ms. Harrell previously served the Precinct 2 Constable's Office with distinction as a deputy constable - writ specialist from 2010 through 2013. She is a native of central Texas, and has lived in Williamson County since 2008. Ms. Harrell resides in Liberty Hill with her husband, James, who is a police officer for the City of Austin. In her spare time, Ms. Harrell is involved in church activities, enjoys hunting, fishing and camping with her husband and family at the many beautiful locations Texas offers.
