Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with CR 176 at RM 2243, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 3.
Background
The CR 176 at RM 2243 project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution and Abatement Plan (WPAP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of O'Brien Engineering Services to submit the needed WPAP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
