Background
Attached is a copy of the Order and the Escrow Agreement in association with the Defeasance and Redemption for Certain of the County's Outstanding Bonds. Carol Polumbo of McCall Parkhurst and Horton and Dan Wegmiller of Specialized Public Finance will be available in Commissioners Court to answer questions. This is budgeted in the Debt Service Fund.
