Background
This is a simple 2-lot subdivision located on the southeast corner of Walsh Drive and Sam Bass Road. Additional right-of-way has been dedicated along the south side of Sam Bass Road for future widening. There is no plat review fee, as this plat is 'grandfathered' under the 200 Subdivision Regulations. The preliminary plat was approved by the Commissioners Court on May 14, 2013.
