Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the MOU and Standard Agreement with Paloma Lake Municipal Utility District No. 1 regarding off-duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies.
Background
This agreement gives permission for Paloma Lake MUD #1 to contract County Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice Paloma Lake MUD #1 for deputies' vehicle usage. We are updating our agreements since Sheriff Chody took office on January 1st.
