Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 2, to contract number IFB 1607-101, in the amount of $49,478.64 for the Milling and Overlay for Ronald Reagan Blvd Phase I and Phase II.

Background

This change order balances the contract quantities and increases the total contract amount by $49,478.64.  With this change order, and payment of a final invoice, this project will be satisfactorily completed.
