Discuss, consider and take appropriated action on policies and procedures for Unallocated.
Background
On May 16, 2017 the court asked for a future agenda item to discuss what to do with existing unallocated. In addition - we have been asked about being able to use unallocated for merit purposes after the February 15th deadline. In removing unallocated, the intent was that it would not be used for any purpose after February 15th through September 30th. A transfer would need to be made from an 8000 account and/or an 1130 (merit) account for re-classification, re-organization, recruiting, retention and/or merit. Slide #5 is the focus for the 6/6/17 agenda while the previous slides summarize action taken to date.
