Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the PR Bond office.
Background
This office had an employee leave who was the only individual in the office with the combination to the safe. Because of this - the safe had to be drilled open and a replacement safe is needed. The PR Bond budget does not show to have funding needed to cover the cost of a new safe.
