Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Line Item transfer For Veteran Services.
Background
Veteran Services needs to acquire a new computer for the Administrative Assistant so that they will not have to share a computer with another employee.We wish to move funds form Office Equipment to Computer equipment. This will facilitate the transfer of paperwork and allow him to take care of necessary requests without having to wait for a computer to become available.
Due to the proposed change in telephone equipment next year, these funds will not be used this year.
