Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on paying Williamson County Sheriff's Office Corrections Division PCN #0584/Employee ID #12209 Overtime in lieu of Compensatory Time for work performed during the time period from April 1, 2017 thru September 30, 2017 for serving in the capacity of liaison between the County, ICE and CCA/Core Civic relating to the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility.
Background
CCA (now CoreCivic) provides funding for a County representative to serve as liaison between the County, ICE and CCA related to the services performed under an Intergovernmental Service Agreement with ICE for the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility. This action will remove the liability of Compensatory Time for these hours worked and PCN #0584/Employee ID #12209 is being looked at during the budget process to be moved to Overtime.
