Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the District Attorney's Office.
Background
During FY 18 budget adoption the court allotted $16K in the Non Departmental budget to be used for a re-class of a position to a Trial Division Chief in the District Attorney's Office. This change was approved on the 9/12/17 agenda with an effective date of 10/1/17. This transfer will place the appropriate funding in the salary line to fund the re-classification.
