Background
This is a revised preliminary plat for the Ridge at Cross Creek subdivision. The overall preliminary plat for the Ridge at Cross Creek subdivision was previously approved by the Court on April 4, 2017. This revision includes the addition of Phase 4, a new section consisting of 64 new single family lots and 5,290 linear feet of new public road.
