Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 1 in the amount of -$3,365.65 for Southwest Bypass Access Route, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 3.
Background
This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities on the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. The Force Account item is being increased in this change order to address the blasting cost, off road trucks for moving material, water truck for dust control and the gate monitor. The Contract states that these additional items will be paid under the Force Account Item.
