Discuss, consider and take appropriate action concerning a Letter of Agreement with the Office of Court Administration regarding long distance services for the IV-D Court.
Background
The Office of Court Administration is requesting that we continue to provide long distance service to the IV-D Court and will reimburse the County for all expenses. This is a renewal of last year's agreement. This Letter of Agreement has been reviewed by legal and contract audit.
