Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the Tax Collection Agreement between the City of Leander serving as Agent for Deerbrooke Public Improvement District and the County of Williamson, Texas.

The two original documents of the Tax Collection Agreement with the City of Leander serving as the Agent for Deerbrooke Public Improvement District (PID) requires the County Judge to sign as well as the County Tax Assessor/Collector    The original documents have been signed by the County Tax Assessor Collector and are being sent via interdepartmental mail to the office of the County Judge indicating the location for his signature.    All completed originals should be returned to the Tax Assessor/Collector office's for further distribution.
