Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 3 to the Seward Junction Southeast contract between Williamson County and Aguirre-Fields, LP relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P271. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
The $185,000.00 increase in compensation cap will allow for the execution of a construction phase services work authorization as well as plan revision for field changes to address landowner requests during ROW acquisition process since final plans were submitted.
