Background
This is the next section of the Paloma Lake development. It consists of 64 single family lots and 2,415 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $104,359.29 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
