Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids for Brushy Creek Regional Trail at Champion Park under IFB # 1710-197.
Background
Williamson County is seeking bids from qualified companies to provide construction services for trail construction at Champion Park. Base bid for the project will be trail construction from WCID Dam 7 to Champion Park. Alternate bids include several opportunities to renovate and expand current facilities at Champion Park. Substantial completion of this project will be expected by March 9, 2018. Estimated project cost is $900,000.00.
