Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Letter Agreement between Williamson County and TexHealth Central Texas, Inc. (TexHealth) approving participation in the small employer premium support program and designating TexHealth as the entity to operate the program in order to provide basic health plans at an affordable price for small Williamson County employers and their employees in order to improve access to healthcare on a regional basis [Texas Health & Safety Code Section 75.052(a)(2) & (b)].
