Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding agreement with Charter Communications Operating, LLC d/b/a Spectrum for new services for fiber ethernet to support county operations.
Background
This agreement is a planned, budgeted item to add the new A.W. Grimes Sheriff's Office Training Center to our existing Ethernet network. Legal would like to note that the County has not been given a Termination for Convenience clause, and a non-appropriation clause that is not as strong as the County would prefer. The vendor will not alter the contract further, however and we have limited options from internet providers.
