Discuss and take appropriate action on Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project, P325, Change Order # 1 from Chasco Constructors, in the amount of $96,775.00 to receive credit for temporary electrical, adding a french drain to the site and revisions to the pavement design. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency. 

Background

This change order is to remove the temporary electric payment funds from the contractors contract and place it within the Owners contingency, for adding a french drain at the uphill side of the building based on the contractors suggestion and revisions made to the pavement design which increases the overall scope of work.
