Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Quote #Q-00028722 from Superion, LLC for Professional Services to support Emergency Communications.
Background
This item is a formality as the vendor has requested that the quote be signed before acceptance. However, due to the short timeline of this project, a PO was issued and the Superion staff came on site before the signature. The language on the travel portion does not conform to County standards as requested by Legal, however. The actual travel expenses did conform, and all that is needed now is a signature so we can be invoiced. This is a one-time issue, and all future quotes will conform to County standards before coming to the Court.
