Background
This is the next section of the Highlands at Mayfield Ranch development. It consists of 67 single family lots and 2,466 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $34,293 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
