Background
This is the next section of the Ridge at Cross Creek development. It consists of 12 single family lots and 1,006 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a check in the amount of $10,795.60 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
