Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending Worker's Compensation Insurance through the Texas Association of Counties (TAC) Risk Management Pool covering the term January 1, 2018 through January 1, 2019.
Background
The rate increase for renewal term is $136,738 resulting from an increase in employees, salary increases due to merit/step increases, and an increase in the experience rating.
