Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing service agreement with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. which incorporates the SCSS Customer Installation Agreement marked as Exhibit A for a not-to-exceed amount of $8,752.00.
Background
The anticipated date for commencement of SCSS Installation services is December 15, 2017, contingent upon Commissioners Court approval. Any associated costs for installation is covered in the attached Exhibit A
