Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Permit Modification Request, Special Waste Acceptance Plan, Williamson County Recycling and Disposal Facility (TCEQ Permit No MSW-1405B), Hutto, Williamson County, Texas.
Background
The TCEQ requested all permits be modified to include newly issued forms. This permit modification complies with the TCEQ request. There is no change to the type or amount of waste the landfill will receive; or any other issue to which the public may be concerned.
