Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointment of Jeffrey M. Roemer to the Emergency Services District (ESD) 4 Board of Directors for a two-year term effective January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019.
Background
Jeffrey M. Roemer has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University. His degree and experience as a sales specialist provides him experience in many areas, including: management, planning, organization, research and problem solving. Mr. Roemer was first appointed to the ESD #4 Board of Directors on February 14, 2017 to fill a vacancy in the Place 4 director seat. Mr. Roemer's professional resume is attached to the agenda item.
