Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Second Amendment to Farm Lease between Williamson County, as Lessor, and Jerry W. Roznovak and Nadine Johnson, as Lessees, relating to farm land near the Williamson County Landfill.
Background
This amendment is necessary in order to reduce the amount of acreage under the lease due to the expansion of landfill operations. The rental amount will be reduced in proportion to the amount of acreage deducted and the lessees will be credited with expenses incurred in relation to the acreage being deducted.
